SinglePoint Plus is a Charitable Community Benefit Society based in the heart of Oldbury town centre, Sandwell, West Midlands. Established in 2012, SinglePoint provides a range of support, high quality childcare, enrichment opportunities (for people to spend quality time together), adult
& family training, volunteering and most importantly, a warm welcome for families and the wider community.

Everything at SinglePoint is about improving the lives of our community. Our services and team have been built around many people who live locally and we understand what will help local families. SinglePoint is a place for people, we are people about people and that’s what we do. A SinglePoint service user has no stigma, our doors are open to everyone, whatever brings you through the door as either a service user or professional partner.

As a community based charitable organisation, our busy family hub offers a warm welcome and a range of community/family services across Sandwell in the West Midlands.

Our dedicated team works with partner agencies and local primary schools which, over 10 years, has formed a very special organisation. The journey has shaped a unique service to support local families that has a proven track record of improving people’s lives.

Working in partnership with local schools, support agencies and organisations from the voluntary and statutory sector ensures as many people as possible can benefit from engaging with SinglePoint. SinglePoint is an extension to their own family.
